Back on the Lot: Animation Edition

FoxNXT, with support from FBRC.ai, is calling for original animated shorts for the next Back on the Lot: Animation Edition. Bring your own original IP or build a story around a character from the reference gallery. Up to seven projects will get screened live at the Fox Studios Lot and three standout projects will each receive $5,000 in development funding. One creator will earn a lunch with FoxNXT Head Jon Flynn and the opportunity to pitch FOX Entertainment CEO Rob Wade.

Submissions must be three minutes or less and are due October 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. The live showcase will take place November 12th on the FOX Studios Lot.
